Rebecca Paley-Williams is the founder of North Mesa Law, a boutique business law practice dedicated to serving entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses across New Mexico. Before launching North Mesa Law, Rebecca practiced corporate law in Seattle at DLA Piper, a top global law firm.

​

During her time in Big Law, Rebecca advised clients from early-stage startups, investors, and public companies on a wide range of business transactions—including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, capital markets, and corporate governance matters.

​

Before becoming an attorney, Rebecca owned and operated a successful adventure tourism business in New Zealand with her husband. As an entrepreneur-turned-attorney, Rebecca has a unique understanding of the challenges business owners face, from managing day-to-day operations to long-term growth. She draws on this perspective to provide practical, business-focused legal guidance to her clients.

Rebecca lives in Los Alamos with her husband and daughter. She is an active member of the community and is currently sits on the Los Alamos County Environmental Sustainability Board. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with family, hiking, rock climbing, skiing, and trail running.
